Questions
Common questions
What areas do you serve?
Austin and surrounding towns including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Buda, Kyle, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Dripping Springs.
How do you price a project?
Every job is walked and bid onsite. After the walk we send an itemized fixed bid that lists the scope line by line with one lump-sum total. Because custom homes, remodels, and commercial spaces vary so much, we don't publish price ranges; the bid is built from your site and your scope.
Do you provide itemized proposals?
Yes. Every proposal lists scope line by line with a single lump-sum total, so you can see exactly what is included.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our in-house crews self-perform demolition, framing, drywall, concrete, finish carpentry, and most finishes. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are performed by licensed trade partners as Texas requires.
Can you handle permits?
Yes. We prepare and submit permit packages and coordinate inspections with the city or county.
