Every project is walked and bid onsite. High-end homes and commercial spaces vary tremendously, so we don’t quote from a form. We come see it, then send an itemized fixed bid.
- Onsite walk. We meet you at the lot, home, or space, measure, and talk through goals and timing.
- Itemized fixed bid. Every scope line listed, allowances spelled out, one lump-sum total.
- Build. Our in-house crews, licensed trades for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and one point of contact.
