Pool house addition, in progress
An active project in Hutto: we are adding 1,200 square feet of living space onto an existing pool house so a family's grandparents can live steps from their grandbaby. Foundation, framing, roofing, rough-ins, drywall, and stucco are underway. We'll add photos as work continues.
Phase 01

Foundation and plumbing
Trenching the grade beams, setting under-slab plumbing, and forming the slab.

Framing
Wall framing and roof structure tied into the existing building.

Roof and dry-in
Roof decking, shingles, and wall sheathing to get the addition dried in.
Phase 05
Windows and rough-ins
Windows set, then electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-in through the framing.
Phase 06
Drywall and stucco (underway)
Drywall going up inside while the crew applies stucco to the exterior.
