Questions
Common questions
Do you build ground-up custom homes?
Yes. This 5,500 square foot home was built from the foundation up, including framing, roofing, siding, stone, septic, drainage, and flatwork.
Can you build on rural lots with septic?
Yes. On this home the septic tank and drain lines were installed as part of the build, and we coordinate the designer, permit, and inspections for the system.
Do you handle the site work and flatwork too?
Yes. We self-perform excavation, trenching, forming, and concrete, so the driveway, walks, and steps are built by the same team as the house.
